Hooray, Dad! You got the quote. Did you remember or did you have to look it up? I thought it was from Top Gun so it took me a little while to track it down. Funny! Of course, most of our quotes come from either Fletch or Silverado. LOL!!

The movie was Diehard 2 when the hero ignites the fuel from the escaping enemy plane and it (supposely) creates a blaze that allows the planes to land in the dark. dad

It does remind me of the song from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat - "Poor, poor Joseph (Tim), whatcha gonna do? Things look bad (shaggy) for you, eh whatcha gonna do?"

Maybe tonight - a haircut for Tim!

Day after day, and still I get no haircut. My envy of Daniel's clean, crisp appearance nearly overwhelms me, as I live my days in shaggy, unkempt shame.

For some reason, Daniel often tends toward longer hair (maybe his grows faster?) and we have often called him 'Flopsy' or 'Mopsy', depending on whether it was a 'good hair day' or not. Lately he's been angling for a shorter buzz-cut 'like my friend Zachary' -- maybe in the Summer, Kathy can steel herself to 'do the deed'.

Maybe if I play my cards right, I can get a haircut tonight. It is good for a man to have an unrealized ambition, to drive him on. :)
