So happy to have met you through the carnival. I thought your blogging story was very interesting and greatly appreciated your perspective that blogging is for the writer as much, if not more, than the reader. And to put it all in one place, love the matching shirts for travel. We employ the same technique whenever the fam will be out with multitudes--makes the locating much easier. Thanks again.

I remember when I first read Tim's blog. I thought, what a slightly odd thing to be doing, journaling your life on the internet. BAHAHAHAHA!

I only run five minutes late in real life though.

I did, however, say at the beginning that this post was written by both of us so I think that absolves me of any guilt and clears me altogether.

Boy, someone is feeling just a wee bit testy about authorship. Obviously Blog Envy!

I'd just like to point out that Kathy claimed authorship of this blog entry, even though I did most of the actual writing. Personally, I think this calls into question the number of blog entries she has actually authored -- perhaps she has been quietly affixing her 'KME' label and taking credit for more of my literary, er, masterpieces?

Or maybe not. Still, it calls something into question. :)

I must admit I enjoy collaborating with Tim. I'm very thankful that he started this blog and sweetly let me join him in posting. One day we'll write that book...:)

Hi Kathy!

Thanks for jumping over and reading/commenting on my blog! Great to "meet" you through our wonderful friend, Paula. My favorite thing that you said in this post was "Blogging is not about being read, rather it is about writing." This is so true and why I intially started my blog just over a year ago. But sometimes I do find myself, as I look at the other fabulous mommy-blogs out there, pining for a readership. Thanks for the reminder, which brought my mind back to why I started blogging in the first place...writing. I'll check back with you often!

Warmly,
Joni

Airing our dirty laundry in public? Never! Perhaps Tim should just admit that his butterfly pin is inferior to my ceramic ladybug! I suppose his denial is his way of keeping the fantasy alive that his work of art is equal in quality to mine...we all know that it isn't -crossed-eye ladybugs with chips on their ears are far more superior to plastic beads and that's all your pin is Timmy - PLASTIC! ha!

Seriously though....I love the pictures of all the kids!! Pictures are the best part of your blogging Kathy! Keep it up! We love seeing "The Cousins" and do miss them greatly!
