		<description>eek, just noticed I used the word liberally twice in the same blog.  Probably too liberal a use of the word liberally or used with too liberal a hand don't you think?  Will be more careful next time of my lack of synomynizing, (just made up that word), if I get invited again, inspite of my faux pas.  (That one is real). :)</description>

		<description>I love the idea of push-ups! I've heard of it in the past. Hmm, something to think about with my 3 boys. I have been known to make them run "laps." It's probably about a 1/8 of a mile from our home to our in-laws (all on one property so no street/traffic) &#38; they have to run back &#38; forth a set number of times. Or they have to run around our trailer x-amount of times. I love "physical" punishment for many issues.</description>
