I've heard of it in the past. Hmm, something to think about with my 3 boys. I have been known to make them run "laps." It's probably about a 1/8 of a mile from our home to our in-laws (all on one property so no street/traffic) & they have to run back & forth a set number of times. Or they have to run around our trailer x-amount of times. I love "physical" punishment for many issues. I love the idea of push-ups! I’ve heard of it in the past.
