I’ve never heard of a St. Pat’s tree, but my MIL is turning her Victorian tree in her living room into a Valentine’s tree. :^)

She used to have a huge artificial tree in the game room that was a bear to take down. One year she decided to just leave it up - she removed and added decorations to suit the season - Valentine’s stuff, Easter eggs and bunnies, flowers for spring, etc.

She’s crazy, that MIL. :^)

LOL. I’m not sure when you put up your tree, but we put our Christmas things up the day after Thanksgiving so by New Year’s Day I’m ready for the visual clutter to go away (LOL).

Okay, now I don’t feel so bad. We just put our Christmas stuff back in the boxes on Thursday. Of course, the boxes are still sitting on our living room floor!!!

I’m glad to hear you don’t ACTUALLY have an angel trapped in Christmas bin 3. That just wouldn’t be good.

I really don’t likehaving Christmas lights or Christmas tree lights on after Christmas (or at least New Year’s). I love all the Christmasy stuff, but I also like the cleanness January brings.

I love to put and have it all up for the holidays but usually by January 2 nd I am ready to start putting away, cleaning and organizing my house to get ready for spring

I hate putting away Christmas stuff. Not that I want it to be up all year. I think I’m just lazy and wish it would all crawl into the right boxes on its own and climb into the closet while I’m asleep on the coach one day.

But the photo of your daughter…did you colorize that? Or is she sick? Or are you a photo genius? Or is my computer monitor on the fritz?
