I love when Kathy "fleers." (Whatever that means...)

Loved, loved, loved this. Scott made me read it out loud from his Crackberry even though he'd already read it. I had to pause a couple times because I was laughing too much. :)

I think geo-napping is a sport I could really get into - hammocks conveniently located in quiet shady spots...

Ah, Timothy.....I needed a good laugh. Thanks for that!! :) Loved the ending.

We first read about geocaching in a Boxcar Children novel and we've been tempted since then. This will be a good push in that direction!

Ah, the fabled GPS thingy. Many a Norwegian swamp has it led us through. I've never been geocaching, but I confess it sounds appealingly goal-oriented compared to some of our experiences. My father examines his GPS and points us into the woods toward some unknown destination, periodically reading off suspiciously large distances between us and our goal. We call it hiking.

You tempt us. We want the clear-eyed, smiling children too...or maybe we just want to find treasures for ourselves.
